Litany Of The Infant Jesus

Healing and restoration of our innocence to be blessed with God’s goodness.

PRAYER COMMENT
:

God saw everything that He had made and indeed it was very good. (Genesis 1:31) These Litany Titles restore the awareness of God’s goodness within us.

Sinning or being sinned against in body, soul and spirit by others can give us the impression that we are bad or evil. Whereas what is really happening is that we are basically good and remain basically good even if we have sinned or someone else has sinned against us.

Grace builds on nature which is the work of God’s hands and is basically good but psychologically we can make choices that are bad for ourselves and others. People can treat us in evil ways which may lead us to presume we are bad.

If we have abused God’s goodness within us, we have sinned. We need to ask for God’s forgiveness and for the Grace to forgive those who have hurt us to be restored to a good relationship with God.
